• A CUNY Transfer Application (required also for current Hunter students)
• Official transcripts of all high school and, previous colleges (if applicable.)
• TOEFL scores for applicants whose native language is not English.
• Proof of Immunization Form. A copy of a non-Hunter form confirming the required immunization is acceptable. The form is not required of CUNY students if it was previously submitted. Download the form at registrar.hunter.cuny.edu.
  

Meeting the department prerequisite and minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance to the program, which is based, by necessity, on the limitations of space and resources. The Hunter College Community Health Education Track is dedicated to equal opportunity for all applicants who meet admission requirements.

Applicants who do not meet all COMHE prerequisites, may apply to Hunter but must declare initially an alternative major. Applicants with under 60 credits may declare a General Studies major. Applicants with 60+ credits should speak to an Admissions or Student Services advisor regarding the major declaration. Students who have a future intention to declare a Comhe major, but who lack one or two prerequisites, may contact Professor Rolland, Undergraduate Student Advisor, to declare their future intent, and to discuss potential registration in Comhe major courses.
