Overtally Process
- Fill out the Closed Course Overtally Permission Form completely and legibly. Missing information will hold up processing.
- Go to the course of interest and get instructor permission on the overtally form.
- Bring the form back to the program office, HW1717. If no one is available, slide it under the door.
- You must officially register once permission is given.
NO OVERTALLIES WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT INSTRUCTOR PERMISSION!
Please slide the Closed Course Overtally Permission Form under the door if no one is available at the time of drop off. Leave contact information on your form just in case there is a problem, preferably an email address and/or immediate phone number. Permission will be put into the system once overtallies are received. It is advised that you keep checking the system for the approval in the system, in order to make registration official. Registration is not complete unless the course that you are trying to register for is on your Bursar’s Receipt.
