Professor Danid Capps

David Capps has recently returned to New York City and Hunter College after a 13-year stint at the University of Colorado. He has also taught full-length courses NYU School of the Arts, the 92nd Street Y, and workshops in Costa Rica, Italy and at numerous prominent university dance programs. His choreography has appeared in New York at St. Mark’s Danspace Project, the 92ndStreet Y, the Gowanus Arts Exchange, the Cunningham Studio, and in Switzerland, Italy, and Costa Rica. He performed with David Gordon, Gus Solomons, Jr., Bertram Ross, Clarice Marshall, and for 10 years with Spoke the Hub Dancing.
