Professor Cabrini is a specialist
in seventeenth- and eighteenth-century French vocal
music and has presented papers at the Society for
Seventeenth-Century Music and the Royal Musical Association.
His interests include aesthetic, and issues of musical
expression intersecting with literature and the visual
arts. Prior to joining the Music History faculty
at Hunter in 2006, professor Cabrini taught at Haverford
College, The University of Oklahoma, Princeton University,
and The Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University.
