The Catalyst Scholarship Application
All interested students must submit a completed scholarship application packet to: NSF-Catalyst Scholarship Program Department of Geography HN 1006, Hunter College 695 Park Avenue New York, New York 10065.
Faculty Mentor Report Form
Faculty mentors must complete a Faculty Mentor Report Form each time they meet with their Catalyst scholar. Completed forms are to be submitted to the Administrative Assistant.
Peer Mentor Report Form
Graduate student peer mentor report form must be submitted to the Administrative Assistant after each meeting with the Catalyst scholar.
Meeting Log Template
Meeting logs must be filled out and submitted to the Administrative Assistant after each Catalyst Team or sub-group meeting.
