Real Estate Salesperson 77-Hour Training
Qualifies student for New York State Real Estate License. Student must pass this class, take the NY State test and pass it, and find a NY State Licensed broker to apply for the state license. Course fee does NOT include the textbook. Student can miss only 4 hours of class and still pass the course.

Real Estate Salesperson Exam Preparation
This 15-hour review course focuses on the high-quality content needed for the 75- hour course exam and the New York State licensing exam. It helps to reinforce and support the retention of key points from the lectures. This course will also provide basic rules and strategies for test-taking.
