Ethnomusicology Concert and Lecture

The Hunter College Graduate Program in Ethnomusicology in cooperation with The Association of Cultural Equity and the Czech Cultural Center in New York presents a Concert and Lecture Series on Czechoslovakian music and dance.
Monday, 6 May 2019:
Pajtasi, a Czechoslovakian music and dance ensemble, will present a concert in the Lang Recital Hall at 1:00 p.m.
Thursday, 9 May 2019:
Dr. Zuzana Jurkova, Professor of Ethnomusicology at Charles University, Prague will present the 2019 Distinguished Lecture in Ethnomusicology in Hunter North Room 405 at 6:00 p.m. on Czechoslovakian music. The title of the lecture is: "Perspectives on Romani Music in Czechoslovakia".
