Sainsbury Artist Talk with Sam Feder
Come and hear from IMA/Film and Media alum Sam Feder, award-winning director of the documentary Heightened Scrutiny, which follows ACLU attorney Chase Strangio as he argues a critical gender-affirming care case before the Supreme Court. Sam also directed the Netflix Original Disclosure, about transgender representation in film and television, and the widely acclaimed Kate Bornstein is a Queer & Pleasant Danger.
Following the Sainsbury Artist Talk, there will be a screening of Heightened Scrutiny at Roosevelt House, followed by a Q&A with Sam at 5:30pm.
