Immunization Requirements

In order to register for classes you must show proof of immunization against measles, mumps and rubella and indicate receipt of meningitis information. You will not be permitted to register until you submit this proof to Hunter College's Immunization Records office.

Immunization Clinics

Immunization clinics are available outside of Hunter College. Students currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational program are eligible to receive a FREE Measles Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccine through the Department of Health in order to fulfill school requirements.

Submitting Immunization Documents via CUNYfirst Document Uploader 

After logging into CUNYfirst, navigate to 'Student Center' either by clicking on the Student Center tile or from the drop down selection of CUNYfirst Home (top of the page) > click on the 'Student Tools' tile > 'Document Upload' should appear highlighted towards the upper left hand corner > Select 'Health Services' from the Document Class selection and 'Medical Record' for Document Type in the middle of the page.

*Only online submissions are accepted. Do not submit paper forms.

After the documents are submitted, notify and email the Immunization Records department at to confirm receipt. Include your full name and CUNYfirst ID/EMPLID in your email.
