Immunization Requirements
In order to register for classes you must show proof of immunization against measles, mumps and rubella and indicate receipt of meningitis information. You will not be permitted to register until you submit this proof to Hunter College's Immunization Records office, located on the 3rd Floor in the North building, Room 307.
Submitting documents via CUNYfirst Document Uploader - After logging into CUNYfirst, navigate to 'Student Center' either by clicking on the Student Center tile or on CUNYfirst Home (top of the page), and choose 'Student Center from the selection, then > click on the 'Student Tools' tile, then > 'Document Upload' should appear towards the upper left hand corner, then > Select 'Health Services' from the Document Class selection in the middle of the page.
*Only online submissions are accepted. Do not submit paper forms.
After the documents are submitted, notify and email the Immunization Records department at wellness@hunter.cuny.edu to confirm receipt. Include your full name and CUNYfirst ID/EMPLID in your email.

Immunization clinics are offered free of charge prior to the start of each semester. Contact the Immunization Records office via Telephone (212) 772-4800 for dates.
