InPlace is a web-based platform used by the Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing to manage all student clinical placement experiences. InPlace supports students, faculty/staff, and agencies in one integrated system to provide a consistent and current record of all placement-related activities.
The system's features are designed to:
- Meet students' placement needs in accordance with program requirements;
- Streamline communication regarding placement preferences, status, requirements, and changes;
- Ensure compliance with program prerequisites and clinical learning guidelines set by the School and receiving agencies;
- Improve management of placement requests, agency records, student documentation, and evaluation of placement experiences, student performance, and learning outcomes.
Students must use their Hunter NetID to log in to InPlace.
*Note: We recommend the latest version of Mozilla Firefox (Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome are also supported). Users should disable any pop-up blockers, ad-blocking or script-blocking extensions for the InPlace domain name to ensure that all features of the platform work as intended.
