The Audio-Visual (AV) department at Hunter College supports faculty and staff with technology in over 150+ Registrar-scheduled classrooms on the 68th Street Main Campus.

Faculty and staff may borrow the following items from our office for instructional purposes, club events, and remote work. Equipment will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to approval.

Faculty, staff or a designee, can pick up equipment from the Audio-Visual office in Room 333HN before every class and return the equipment at the conclusion of every class. Equipment must be returned to our office one hour after class end-time.
In the case of semester loans, the user is responsible for the equipment for the duration of the semester, and the equipment must be returned no later than the last day of classes.
