The Fall Transfer period begins November 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025 for health insurance.
During the transfer period you may do the following:
- Transfer to another health plan
- Add or drop an optional rider
- Add or drop dependents
Any changes made during the Fall Transfer Period will become effective on the first day of the first full payroll period in January 2025.
You may also update the following information:
- Your address on file
- Your Marital status
- Your Domestic Partner status
FSA Programs: DeCAP, HCFSA and Buy Out Waiver plans transfer period began 09/22/2025 through 11/14/2025.
- Dependent Care Assistance (DeCAP) $500 minimum, $7,500 maximum
- Health Care Flexible Spending (HCFSA) $250 minimum, $3,300 maximum
- Buy-Out Waiver Program
