Congratulations to Hunter computer science student Isabel Stec, who has just been awarded a McNulty Scholarship! The John P. McNulty Scholars Program "is designed to support exceptional young women from all backgrounds in their paths to becoming leaders in the STEM professions." Scholars are selected for this prestigious award in careful consideration of their academic achievements, including demonstrated leadership activities, their GPA and transcript, and their postgraduate ambitions.
As part of her admission, Isabel will receive a stipend of $6,000 per academic year to support her research and conference attendance activities.
