Welcome to the Hunter College Nutrition Program
Nutrition is a multifaceted science that deals with the nutrients in foods and their functions in the human body.
Part of Hunter's School of Urban Public Health (UPH), the Nutrition Program offers undergraduate and graduate degrees, in addition to a graduate-level accredited Dietetic Internship.
The Nutrition program focuses on promoting the nutritional well-being of individuals and populations through teaching, research, and service. The program is dedicated to providing the highest quality education in nutrition, food science, and public health nutrition, while providing food and nutrition services to local communities and contributing to the profession through faculty research and scholarly activity.
