Park Avenue Armory

Just a block away from Hunter College’s 68th Street campus is the Park Avenue Armory, a 19th century military facility and a social club turned multidisciplinary arts venue. The armory’s 55,000-square-foot hall is used for a multitude of creative arts exhibits and performances in visual arts, theater, dance, music, and more. Notable events at the armory include Illinoise (2023), The Lehman Trilogy (2023), Social! with David Byrne (2021), and Yoko Ono’s Wish Tree (2025).
