The Brick is home to a variety of groundbreaking experimental theater and exhibitions. The nonprofit venue presents work by artists in various career stages, including many who are just starting out, and is committed to removing financial barriers for artists’ development. The Brick is committed to providing an accessible, diverse, and inclusive environment for artists.
Admission is on a sliding-scale, and students can get $10 off tickets with the code BRICKSTUDENT.
Chad Kaydo and Diana Ly, who earned MFAs in Playwriting at Hunter College in 2023, have both presented plays at the Brick.
