As part of the Student Achievement unit in the Dean’s Office, Rebekah Mbetse leads campus-wide implementation and support of key student success platforms, including Navigate360, the CUNY Transfer Explorer (T-REX), and the Coursedog Course Demand Projection (CDP) tool. She collaborates with academic departments, student services, and campus leadership to optimize these systems in support of coordinated student care, strengthened transfer pathways, and data-informed course planning.
Prior to joining Hunter College, Rebekah served as Student Success and Retention Technology Coordinator at The City College of New York, where she oversaw the college’s Navigate360 strategy and administration. A proud CUNY alumna, she holds an MSEd in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College and a BS in Public Affairs from Macaulay Honors College at Baruch College.
