As the Academic Program Specialist, Sonia Macias supports the work of faculty advisors and addresses a range of student academic concerns. She manages student complaints and service inquiries, facilitates effective communication between students and departments, and oversees the processing of academic forms and workflow management. Through these responsibilities, Ms. Macias ensures the delivery of efficient and responsive student services that support academic progress. She works closely with school leadership on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing student recruitment, enrollment, and retention. Sonia Macias is a proud graduate of Hunter College.
