Pre-Dental Society / Post-Bacc Community - Q & A Session with Dr. Ellen Heuman DDS

Want to know what it is like being a dentist? Come join the Pre-Dental Society and Pre-Health Post-Bacc Community for a question and answer session with Dr. Ellen Heuman, DDS. Following the Q & A, members of both boards will be taking questions. Dr. Heuman attended the George Washington University from 1968-1972 and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in psychology. After graduating, Dr. Heuman worked as a paralegal for several years; she, however, ultimately decided not to attend law school but to pursue a career in healthcare. She chose dentistry and enrolled in Hunter College to take her pre-requisite courses. After completing her pre-dental curriculum, Dr. Heuman attended The New York University College of Dentistry, which offered a three-year program including summers. She graduated in 1981 and has been practicing general dentistry for 36 years.
