SUNY Downstate Exploring Health Careers Summer Program Information Session

Join us for an information session about the SUNY Downstate Exploring Health Careers Summer Program. It is a 6-week program designed to expose eligible full-time college students to the health professions through faculty presentations, shadowing opportunities in clinics and affiliate sites, and guidance for navigating the application process. Presentations vary annually but can include the history of medicine, scientific research methods, bioethics, intro to kinesiology, interview strategy, and more. Eligibility: • Freshmen, Sophomores, or Juniors • Educationally or Financially Disadvantaged students/Underrepresented • 2.5 GPA minimum • Currently registered Full-time
