Join the Health Literacy Initiative and Hunter's first pre-health sorority, Rho Psi Eta, for a student-guided discussion on mental health. We will be exploring coping skills, how to prepare for draining events, how to identify warning signs, how to be an active supporter and the relationship and distinction between mental health and mental illness.
As future health providers and students who could always be at risk of crisis, this will be a safe environment to discuss how to navigate these sensitive topics.
