Guidelines
- All clubs must hold elections to replace officers. Use the approved online platform that is explained on the Clubs Registration Instruction page.
- Election Results must be uploaded onto the Replacing an Officer Form.
- Have the replacing officer read our ‘Club Orientation Presentation’, then take the orientation quiz.
- A new Signature Profile Form (SPF) must be uploaded onto the Replacing an Officer form.
- The replacing officer(s) must sign up for a College Association (CA) workshop by their limited dates. Register for the CA Workshop.
- The replacing officer must complete SPARC. SPARC completion results must be uploaded onto the Replacing an Officer Form. If you are having issues with SPARC, please go to SPARC troubleshooting.
- All clubs must submit a resignation letter or proof of impeachment for any officer vacancy, unless that vacancy is the result of the officer becoming ineligible to hold the position.
Please note that elected officers are expected to serve for a full academic year unless they become ineligible, resign or are impeached.
