Overview
The Fellows Program is a two-year program that empowers low-income, first-generation college students with the tools they need to graduate college, succeed in their careers, and compete at the highest level by providing one-on-one mentorship, intensive career development, robust networks, and holistic support.

Benefits
- In Year One, the program focuses on a foundation of professional skills, experiences, and networks, with a focus on identifying and securing an internship.
- In Year Two, Fellows take their experience to the next level and develop a long-term career plan.
- In addition to 24 Saturday Career Development workshops, Fellows also receive:
- One-on-one mentorship and guidance
- Internship and Transfer Support
- Up to $1,000 in grant funding each year

Early Consideration Deadline: December 1st, 2022
Final Application Deadline: April 4th, 2023
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with the inclusion of a booster shot OR will be by the program start in July 2023.
- Neither of my parents/guardians have a bachelor’s degree (from any country)
- I am a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or by the application deadline,eligible for full-time and off-campus internships, as well as paid employment opportunities in the United States
- I am a current freshman or plan to graduate with my Bachelor’s degree in 2025 or later
- If applying in New York, you must attend a CUNY school
- If attending community college, you must intend to transfer to a 4-year school (ANY provides transfer support)
I am in the process of obtaining my first Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree- I am available to attend monthly Saturday workshops starting in July
- I am considered low-income by my state HUD (Housing and Urban Development) guidelines (see here: https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/il.html#2022_)
