Daquan Oliver is the CEO of WeThrive. WeThrive works to achieve economic justice and close opportunity gaps by equipping and empowering underestimated young people 12 to 24 years old from low income communities to rise as entrepreneurial economic leaders. Youth learn critical real world skills like financial literacy, problem solving, leadership, and building social capital. In contrast to existing entrepreneurship programs that emphasize exclusivity, every participant receives seed funding and support towards launching their company, ensuring that everyone is set up for success. WeThrive Entrepreneurs create real companies, make real revenue, and create real change.
 
Khalid David is the CEO of TracFlo. TracFlo is an online financial tool designed to help contractors manage project risk. The platform provides a central location to create, track, and maintain all costs associated with construction projects – from initial award, change orders, allowances, monthly billing, all the way to project closeout. TracFlo is an NYC based tech company whose goal is to build a company that reflects the diversity of the cities they serve, and bring revolutionary technology to the construction industry.
