City Year Hunter College 'Appy Hour': Meet the City Year Rep's
Help students become who they’ll be tomorrow
You're here because you see something—the need to provide support and resources for our local schools so that all students feel a sense of belonging. Learn how City Year creates environments where students—and you—can thrive.
What you'll do
Serving as a City Year AmeriCorps member on a diverse team is a complex and challenging role with varied responsibilities, all designed to help students develop into all they can be and to help them build the social, emotional and academic skills to achieve their goals.
Throughout the service year, City Year AmeriCorps members encourage students to learn and lead and through these experiences, students gain a broader sense of self and develop durable skills.
