Finding meaningful work is hard. Why should it be lonely?

Every spring and fall, COOP convenes cohorts with 10-16 diverse, upwardly mobile college grads in New York and California.

The COOP journey begins with an intense evening apprenticeship. Cohorts meet nightly for four months (200 hours) to learn technical skills, build community, and pursue full-time positions in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics.

Every cohort is led by a team of four Cohort Captains, COOP alumni working full-time in the digital economy and moonlighting as coaches, mentors, and guides. We've run over 100 cohorts since 2014.
