International Talent Program

Kick-start your dynamic career as an ITP Analyst! Are you eager to be part of one of the top players in the field of financial services? Do you share our belief that winning is not about luck, but about understanding our clients? Then here is a deal you don’t want to miss: The International Talent Program (ITP).

Your first year begins with a challenging orientation phase of 12 months where you are assigned to 3 separate, high-profile rotations throughout different teams within a business area. Afterwards, you are placed in an area of specialization for your fixed position. Your placement will depend upon a number of factors, including your ambitions, talent and the business needs.

Summer 2021 Financial Services Internship

Looking to enhance your future career prospects with an internship in financial services? If you’re curious about a career in finance and would like to gain more professional experience, then the ING Summer Internship is your opportunity! The internship gives you a “hands-on” experience like that of a full-time Analyst in our ITP. Why you might want to consider a summer job at ING?

With us, you will have the ability to interact with senior bankers and have the chance to contribute towards projects and assignments that will expose you to industry expertise. You will research, collect and analyze data for various initiatives and increase your knowledge and skills to better prepare you for your career.
