The #NABJNAHJ20 Convention & Career Fair is the premier conference for journalism education, career development, networking and industry innovation, attracting leaders and influencers in journalism, media, technology, business, health, arts and entertainment. The nation’s top journalists, media executives, journalism educators, public relations professionals and students will gather online, August 5-8, 2020, for the first-ever virtual NABJ-NAHJ joint convention and career fair.

The #NABJNAHJ20 Career Fair draws hundreds of recruiters from top media companies and journalism schools from across the country and around the world.
 
Countless headline makers, innovators and industry leaders in politics, media, journalism and film have attended our conventions each year addressing thousands of attendees. Special guests and speakers have included then-Sen. (President) Barack Obama, President George W. Bush, President Bill Clinton, Vice Presidents Al Gore and Joseph Biden, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro, RNC Chairs Michael Steele and Reince Priebus, Huffington Post founder Arianna Huffington, Bishop T. D. Jakes, the Rev. Jesse Jackson, the Rev. Al Sharpton, Ava Duvernay, Tyler Perry, Chance the Rapper, Hill Harper, Michael B. Jordan and Tamron Hall.
