The Department offers a BS in Public Health, a BS in Nutrition and Food Science, an accelerated BSMS in Nutrition and Food Science, and an MS in Nutrition. The Nutrition programs offer students opportunities to participate in faculty research.
Here students will learn to contribute to improving urban health by addressing issues such as HIV, substance abuse, violence, asthma, obesity, heart disease, cancer and nutrition.
