Hunter Hosts First All-Class Homecoming

What a party! On April 5, over 1200 alums, many with their families, gathered at Hunter’s 68th Street campus for the first annual all-class Homecoming in the history of the College.  Attendees had their choice of dozens of events throughout the day – from readings to concerts to games to lectures.

The event was truly a celebration of past and present, as the College welcomed alums from the Class of 1934 through the Class of 2014, including Bel Kaufman, who will be 103 next month. Also in attendence was Dascha Polanco, from the Netflix series Orange is the New Black. Polanco '08 attended a Muse Scholar performance and also introduced the screening of Kelly Anderson's documentary My Brooklyn.
