Documentary Premiere: Changing Minds at Concord High School

Tracy Dennis, Ph.D., faculty member at Hunter College, CUNY, will be taking part in the premiere of a groundbreaking documentary about the intersection of science, education and transformation, Changing Minds at Concord High School (from Susan Finley of Rhinoceros Presentations and Peter Barton of Groundswell).

At-risk high school students, many facing their last chance to graduate, practice a form of meditation as part of a school-wide science experiment. In the process, they make a life-changing discovery:

"Even though you can't control most of what happens in life, you can change your mind."
- Concord student.
