Hunter Anthropology Students Awarded Certificates of Distinction
In his Introduction to Cultural Anthropology course, Professor Marc Edelman asked his students to 'participate in a web-based activity on communicating about climate change and human impact on the environment.' This activity, which also included student participants from twelve other universities in the US and Canada, was sponsored by the Public Anthropology Community Action Website, based at the University of Hawaii. Nine students from Dr. Edelman's class were awarded certificates of distinction for their participation.
