Facilities Work Order System

Submit a Work Request

In order to submit a work request, your NetID and password must be registered with this system. To request registration in the Facilities Work Order system, contact the Faculty and Staff Helpdesk.

After you've been notified your NetID is registered, click on the link below and you will be prompted to sign into the work order system. Once signed in, fill out the work order form and submit. Your work order will be evaluated and prioritized, and Facilities staff will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that the work order system is designed for standard, non-urgent work orders only.

FAQ about Facilities Management & Planning

How can I get work done?

In order to have work of a non-emergency nature performed, you must submit a work request through the online work order system (see steps above). Click here to submit a work request

How do I obtain a username and password for the work order system?

Contact the Faculty and Staff Helpdesk to request a username and password for this system.

How can I find out the status of a work order I have submitted?

When signed into the work order system, you will see a link on the left side of the screen titled, "View my Submissions." Click this link to view the status of your work order submissions.
