Request to Enroll in HMBIO 401 in Spring 2026!
- If you are approaching your last year at Hunter, you may be ready for HMBIO 401: Senior Capstone! Capstone is a seminar style course that addresses some of the key contemporary topics and debates in human biology from multiple vantage points. Priority for taking Senior Capstone in Spring 2026 will be given to students who plan on graduating in the spring. As a reminder, HMBIO 401 is a graduation requirement for ALL students in the Human Biology Program.

- If you are aiming to graduate this fall or winter, please apply for graduation on CUNYfirst by October 15! There are no exceptions if you miss this deadline.
- Please also be sure to meet with both your major and primary advisors to confirm graduation readiness.

Want to explore careers in healthcare while gaining internship and job experience? Human Biology majors are invited to apply for the Human Biology CIE Program, which grants students extra advising NOW (from as early as freshman year!) until graduation as they explore career pathways and get one-on-one support finding and applying for internships and jobs!
