Core Desktop

This section describes the software that should be installed on each type of Hunter-owned computer in the College. It gives separate guidance for Faculty, Staff and public Lab machines.

Core Lab Software: Following the recommendation of Hunter's Software Advisory Committee, a joint initiative of ICIT and Provost Office, the items on this page should be present on every computer available to Hunter students.
Core Staff Software: The following software will be installed on all Hunter-owned staff computers.
