Students enrolled in Professor Claudia Orenstein's Puppets and Performing Objects attended "Enchanted Stories: Chinese Shadow Theater in Shaanxi," an exhibit at the China Institute. After viewing the rare puppets from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), students created their own shadow puppets.
