College Print Shop Specialist, Exam #2075

Good morning, all,

The civil service examination for College Print Shop Specialist, Exam #2075, is posted on our Upcoming Exams page (http://www.cuny.edu/about/administration/offices/hr/classified-civil-service/notice-of-exams-noe/).  A copy of the Notice of Examination is attached for your convenience.

College Print Shop Specialist, Exam #2075

All provisional employees in the following titles must take this exam:

• College Print Shop Assistant
• College Print Shop Associate
• College Print Shop Coordinator

Once the eligible list is established for College Print Shop Specialist, Exam #2075, appointments will be made to the College Print Shop Specialist title.  Two months after establishment, all provisional employees in the 3 titles above must have been removed from the above titles and appointed to the College Print Shop Specialist title. 

Employees with permanent status in one of the above titles do not have to file for the exam.  These employees will be given the option to stay in their current title or be moved to the College Print Shop Specialist title.  This will take place during the first 2 months after the establishment date of the eligible list.

Informational Session

An informational session has been scheduled for Monday, April 3, 2023 at 1:30 PM.  This session will review the Notice of Examination and the application documents.  This will explain the process and answer any questions to give candidates the best chances of completing the examination properly. 

Anyone interested in attending the Informational Session must register by 12 PM on Monday April 3, 2023.  Here is the link to register:
