Why Choose Nursing?
The profession of nursing is rewarding, intellectually challenging and will provide you with many opportunities for specialization. Caring for patients in a hospital, working with clients in the community to improve health, caring for people in primary care as a nurse practitioner, working with the elderly or children, engaging in research to improve health care, teaching patients or students, or using technology to improve health care systems are just a few avenues one can pursue in a nursing career.
