ROLES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse – NYS RN license and BLS required; BSN preferred; Ambulatory and/or primary care nursing experience preferred.
• Patient Care Associate - HS Diploma or equivalent; BLS; NYS EKG and Phlebotomy certification required. One year of ambulatory care experience is preferred.
• Social Worker - Masters Degree in Social Work; Valid NYS LCSW License and; related experience preferred.
• Clerical Associate - A four-year High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and eighteen months of satisfactory clerical experience
