Wednesday Lunchtime (11/17, 12:30 – 1:30 pm): The Courage to Be Yourself

Do you ever feel like you’re trying to fit into a box of who you’re supposed to be that you don’t even know who you are and what you want? This is so prevalent in our culture, including in the career process -- often at the detriment of our own needs. And it’s fueled by the fear of rejection, which keeps us trapped in labels that we never consented to nor question. So, how do you turn that fear into courage and freedom to be yourself? In this session of the Human Approach series, co-facilitated by Teresa Liu and Tanuja Ramchal, we’ll explore the question:  Who am I outside of who I’m expected to be? You’ll also receive a link to a video to watch before the session.
