HOW TO APPLY
Eligibility
- Any Hunter student who is the parent or legal guardian of a child aged 2.5 years to 12 years old can enroll that child.
- The student parent can be part-time, full-time, undergraduate, graduate, or a doctoral candidate.
- As of September 18, 2020, The Children's Learning Center is now also accepting applications for children of Hunter faculty and staff.
- Acceptance to the Center is made on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to space availability.
- Young children must be FULLY potty trained.
Fees
Fees are determined by total household income and family size, on a sliding scale. Our fees range from $1, if subsidized, to $250 per week. The application and enrollment fees are explained below. There may be additional fees associated with trips, snacks, lateness, etc.
Application
You can apply online by using our Online Application Form. Paper applications are also available at the Children's Learning Center or by mail.
A $10 non-refundable Application Fee must accompany the application.
Upon acceptance into the program, a $50 non-refundable Enrollment Fee must be submitted, which will be applied toward the semester’s cost of care.
