INTRODUCTION TO ETHICS

This course will be divided into three parts: challenges to morality, influential ethical theories, and contemporary moral problems.  Students will be encouraged to think deeply about these topics and to join the class in discussion of these topics.  The final grade will be determined by a combination of exam and paper grades.

The text for this course is: Exploring Ethics, ed, Stephen Cahn (ISBN: 0195342003).
