Class Description:
The course is designed to give you the tools necessary to make more informed decisions regarding your financial future.  The course includes the information you need to develop a retirement plan, determine your sources of retirement income, improve your investment potential, reduce your financial risk, and help you preserve your estate for your heirs. You’ll also find out how to fight the effects of inflation, avoid unnecessary taxes, and protect yourself from the potentially devastating costs associated with long-term care expenses.

Class Description:
This lecture for retirees addresses retirement income strategies, fixed income and guaranteed annuity investments, asset allocation strategies, making money last throughout the years and income tax reduction techniques. A workbook and case studies are included.

Excel Workbooks for Data Analytics and Financial Forecasting

Class Description:
In this class, you will learn how to manage Excel workbooks for analytics.  Use formulas such as IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index, Match, MOD, OFFSET, arrays, error checking and more. Perform financial forecasting and build dynamic dashboards.  Learn to debug and audit Excel formulas and secure or restrict a workbook.Requirements:
