HEO Forum Election Ballot
Time: 2:00 pm

May 13th		It’s that time of year again – time to vote for your fellow colleagues to be on the HEO Forum Steering Committee for next year.
		Members with two-year terms, who are remaining on the Committee this year, are Mimoza Frankfurt (Music), Denise Lucena-Jerez (Registrar’s Office) and Rayan Singh (Registrar’s Office).

HEO FORUM - Call for Nominations
Deadline: April 26th at 3:00pm

It’s that time of year again – time to nominate yourself, or fellow colleagues, to be on the HEO Forum Steering Committee for next year (2018-2019).
To be on the Steering Committee you must be able to meet once each month for our monthly Steering Committee meetings and 1-2 times each semester for our General Meetings. We share the responsibility of preparation for meetings, events, etc. among all of us.
If you are interested (or to nominate someone whom you believe would be an asset) please send the name and contact information to Barbara Barone at bbarone@hunter.cuny.edu before April 26th at 3:00pm. The election ballot will be sent out the week of April 30th via e-mail and will be conducted through Survey Monkey.

		The Hunter College Senate has invited President Raab and the Office of Public Safety to give a report on safety & security measures in emergency situations.
