We will discuss the importance of research and how to find research opportunities.
Research is highly valued at medical and other health professions schools. Without a research background, some applicants will be screened out of interviews, even though they have good grades and a solid MCAT score. However, a student with a research background will likely be perceived by admissions committee members as inquisitive and willing to think creatively.
This PPAP 1000 series seminar is required for Pre-Health students to open a pre-health file.
