Xie Lab Develops New Deep Learning Model
Dr. Lei Xie's lab has developed a new deep learning model DeepCE to screen novel chemicals for personalized drug discovery in collaboration with Ohio State University. Dr. Xie is a professor in Computer Science at Hunter College, CUNY. He is interested in developing novel machine learning algorithms and applying them to drug discovery and personalized medicine.
