IMA-MFA Graduate Iva Radivojevic Nominated for International Documentary Association (IDA) Award

A recent graduate from Hunter's IMA-MFA Program, Iva Radivojevic (December 2013), has been nominated for a David L. Wolper Student Documentary Award by the International Documentary Association (IDA) for her thesis film, “Evaporating Borders.” This award recognizes exceptional achievement in non-fiction film and video production at the university level, and brings greater public and industry awareness to the work of students in the documentary field. The IDA Documentary Awards ceremony is the foremost event dedicated to the art of documentary film, honoring individuals for outstanding achievements and contributions to the field, as well as the best documentary films and nonfiction series of the year. Winners of the 30th Annual IDA Documentary Awards will be announced on December 5, 2014, at the Paramount Theater in Los Angeles.
