Professor Nancy Foner Awarded a 2017 Guggenheim Fellowship
Dr. Nancy Foner, of the Sociology Department, is the recipient of a 2017 Guggenheim Fellowship Award, for her work on "immigration and the transformation of America." The current fellows are listed on the Guggenheim Foundation website http://www.gf.org/fellows/current/, which notes that "Guggenheim Fellows are appointed on the basis of impressive achievement in the past and exceptional promise for future accomplishment."
